Customers can feel free to cancel the services booked up to 2 business days (48 hours) in advance of the time of booked service.
Requests received later than 2 business days prior to the upcoming service booked may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 75% depending on the Service provider's terms.

Refund Policy
We will try our best to ensure that the services by the Providers meets the expectations of the Skedis customers.
In case, any Skedis customer is not completely satisfied with the services provided by Skedis Service providers, we can get you a refund from our Service providers.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account from which the payment was made during the booking of the service.
